May Month of Fitness: Free Zumba and Wellness Classes
Join the Wake Forest Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department for an exciting month of health and wellness this May. Our May Month of Fitness series offers a diverse range of engaging activities designed for residents of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you are looking to build strength, find inner peace, or simply have fun while moving, there is a session perfectly suited for you at the E. Carroll Joyner Park Amphitheater.
Throughout the month, participants can enjoy a variety of sessions including Women’s Self Defense on Mondays, Cynergy Fit on Tuesdays, Yoga on Wednesdays, and our high-energy Zumba classes every Thursday evening. These sessions are completely free to the public and require no prior registration, making it easier than ever to prioritize your health.
We encourage you to bring water, a mat or towel, and your best energy as we utilize the beautiful outdoor scenery to inspire our workouts. Do not miss this opportunity to connect with your community and reach your personal fitness goals. We look forward to seeing you there for a month of growth and movement.
