May Month of Fitness: Free Community Classes
Join the Wake Forest Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department this May for an invigorating series of complimentary fitness opportunities at the E. Carroll Joyner Park Amphitheater. Whether you are looking to build strength, find inner peace, or simply move your body, our professional instructors offer something for everyone. This year, we are proud to host Women’s Self Defense on Mondays, high-energy Cynergy Fit bootcamps on Tuesdays, restorative Yoga sessions on Wednesdays, and rhythmic Zumba workouts on Thursdays. Each session runs from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. and welcomes residents of all ages and fitness levels. No prior registration is required to join these sessions, making it easier than ever to prioritize your health in a beautiful outdoor setting. In the event of inclement weather, programs will be relocated to the Joyner Park Community Center to ensure uninterrupted training. We encourage all participants to bring a water bottle and a mat or towel where applicable. Visit our website today to learn more about these free classes and discover our complete list of fitness opportunities throughout the Triangle area. We look forward to seeing you there.
