Hike with a Naturalist

Join a park naturalist for an educational guided hike through our scenic trails. This event provides a unique opportunity to explore the local ecosystem while learning about the diverse plants and animals that inhabit our park. You will gain a deeper appreciation for the natural environment through expert insight and hands-on discovery.

During the hike, you will traverse at least one mile of natural-surfaced trails. The naturalist will highlight specific flora and fauna, explaining their roles in the local habitat. Participants can expect an interactive experience that focuses on biodiversity and park conservation efforts. This is an excellent way to gain firsthand knowledge of the wild spaces in your community while enjoying light physical activity in the fresh air.

This hike is best suited for individuals aged eight and older who are comfortable walking on uneven terrain. Please wear sturdy closed-toe shoes and bring a full water bottle for the journey. Registration is required to attend. You may secure your spot online up until the day before the event or sign up in person on the day of the hike if space remains available.
