Friday Bourbon Release Dinner
Join us for the Friday Bourbon Release Dinner to celebrate the debut of Peck and Plume No. 3. This event marks the release of our newest Maker's Mark Private Selection bourbon, hand-picked by The Mayton leadership team during a trip to Kentucky.
The evening begins at 6 PM in our outdoor space with a guided tasting flight. You will sample Peck and Plume No. 1, No. 2, and the new No. 3 side by side. Following the tasting, you will move to the Redbud Room for a four-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Tyler Trice. Each course is paired with curated Maker's Mark cocktails and bourbon selections designed to highlight specific flavor profiles.
This event is tailored for bourbon enthusiasts, collectors, and guests looking for an exclusive culinary experience. The setting is intimate and professional, providing a deep look into the craft behind these specific barrels. Seats are limited for this unique release opportunity.
