Free Yoga for Durham Residents
Discover a perfect way to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul with the Vihangam Yoga Meditation Program hosted by Durham Parks and Recreation. This inviting weekly session is designed to help participants find inner peace through a combination of breathing exercises, guided chanting, and focused meditation techniques. Whether you are looking to improve your flexibility or simply want to reduce daily stress, these sessions offer a supportive environment for personal growth and holistic wellness.
Classes take place every Saturday morning from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Holton Career and Resource Center located at 308 S Driver Street in Durham. This program is exclusively available at no cost for City of Durham residents. Because no registration is required, you can simply show up ready to participate in these restorative sessions. Please note that this specific program is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We invite all local residents to join this community gathering to enhance their overall well-being. We look forward to seeing you there to experience the calming benefits of these professional yoga sessions firsthand.
