Free Yoga and Meditation for Durham Residents
Are you looking for a path to inner peace and physical rejuvenation? Durham Parks and Recreation is thrilled to invite all local residents to participate in our weekly Vihangam Yoga Meditation Program. Held at the Holton Career and Resource Center, these sessions are designed to help you balance your mind, body, and soul through a combination of intentional breathing exercises, soothing chanting, and guided meditation. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, you will find these sessions both accessible and transformative.
Classes are held every Saturday morning from 10 to 11 a.m. through May 30, 2026. This holistic program is entirely free of charge for City of Durham residents, and no prior registration is required to participate. Simply show up ready to embrace a healthier lifestyle in a supportive community environment. Please note that these classes are intended for adults ages 18 and older. We invite you to join us this weekend and take the first step toward improving your mental clarity and physical well-being. We look forward to seeing you at the center for this uplifting experience.
