Free Yoga and Meditation Classes for Durham Residents
Discover a path to wellness with the Vihangam Yoga Meditation Program hosted by Durham Parks and Recreation. Classes are held every Saturday morning from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Holton Career and Resource Center. This opportunity is completely free of charge for all City of Durham residents aged 18 and older. No prior registration is required, making it easy to fit self-care into your weekend routine. We encourage you to join our local community in this journey toward improved health and mental clarity.
