Free Cynergy Fit Class
The Wake Forest Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department is thrilled to announce the return of our May Month of Fitness series. This community-focused initiative offers free fitness programming designed for residents of all ages and experience levels. Join us throughout May at the E. Carroll Joyner Park Amphitheater to improve your health, meet neighbors, and enjoy the refreshing outdoor environment. No registration is required to participate in any of these sessions.
Our weekly schedule features a diverse range of activities to keep you motivated and moving. Experience Women's Self Defense on Mondays, high-energy Cynergy Fit bootcamps on Tuesdays, relaxing Yoga sessions on Wednesdays, and rhythmic Zumba workouts on Thursdays. Each class runs from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., providing a perfect opportunity to unwind after a long day. Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle and a mat or towel as needed for their chosen activity.
