Free Cynergy Fit Class at Joyner Park
Join the Wake Forest Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department this May for an invigorating month of outdoor fitness. We are excited to invite area residents of all ages to participate in our comprehensive fitness series held at the beautiful E. Carroll Joyner Park Amphitheater. Whether you are looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply enjoy moving your body in the fresh air, there is a session tailored for you.
Our weekly schedule features Women Self Defense on Mondays, Cynergy Fit on Tuesdays, Yoga on Wednesdays, and Zumba on Thursdays. Each class is completely free of charge and requires no prior registration, making it easier than ever to prioritize your health. These sessions are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, ensuring that everyone feels welcome, challenged, and supported by our professional instructors.
Please remember to bring a mat, water, and plenty of energy as we make the most of this vibrant outdoor space. We look forward to seeing you there each evening from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. throughout the month of May to cultivate a stronger, healthier community together.
