The Town of Knightdale is thrilled to announce the 4th Annual Creek Week StoryWalk, a collaborative initiative hosted in partnership with the East Wake Regional Library. This unique outdoor experience invites community members of all ages to enjoy the beauty of our Environmental Park while engaging with literature in an interactive, open-air setting. This year, we are proud to feature A Place for Rain by Michelle Schaub, a timely narrative that perfectly aligns with our commitment to environmental stewardship and local natural resources.
The StoryWalk will be available for public enjoyment from March 12 through April 22, 2026. Visitors are encouraged to explore the trail at their own pace, read through the displayed pages, and take advantage of the educational exchange box located on-site to further enhance their learning experience. The park remains open daily from dawn until dusk, providing ample flexibility for your visit.
