Closing Reception: Syllabary Exhibition at Pullen Arts Center

Pullen Arts Center invites you to the closing reception for Syllabary, an evolving exhibition by Durham-based interdisciplinary artist Jason Lord. This final gathering celebrates the conclusion of a project focused on language, structural rules, and the creative relationship between individual parts and the larger whole. It serves as an official wrap-up for this exploration of artistic experimentation.

Attendees can view the complete collection, which incorporates unique methods of repetition, assembly, and revision. The event provides a space to interact directly with the artist and gain insight into his specific technical process. You will see how Lord translates complex ideas into physical form through his distinct approach to media and visual structure.

This event is ideal for art enthusiasts, local creatives, and those interested in conceptual art practices. The atmosphere is professional yet welcoming, offering a meaningful way to engage with the local arts community. Whether you are curious about the exhibition themes or simply want to support regional talent, this reception is a valuable opportunity for conversation and reflection. We encourage you to join us for this final walkthrough before the exhibition closes.
