Description

The Town of Chapel Hill is pleased to host a recurring food distribution event designed to support community members with supplemental resources. Held on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month, this initiative serves as a vital bridge to ensure local families have access to necessary nutrition. The distribution takes place at the Eubanks Park-and-Ride Lot located at 2000 Eubanks Road, starting promptly at 9:30 a.m. We encourage all participants to bring their own sturdy boxes or bags to assist with the collection process.

This effort is made possible through a collaborative partnership with the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina. Beyond providing immediate assistance, we are also seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as volunteers to help keep these operations running smoothly. If you are passionate about serving your neighbors, please sign up online to lend a hand. For those in need of more frequent or ongoing assistance, we invite you to utilize the Food Bank agency finder tool to locate additional resources in your area. We look forward to seeing you at our next scheduled distribution event.
