Carpenter Community Garden Open House 2026

The Carpenter Community Garden Open House is an informational event held at Carpenter Park to introduce residents to local gardening opportunities. This gathering provides a comprehensive look at the communal green space managed by the Town of Cary and explains how interested individuals can participate in the upcoming growing season.

Attendees can meet with gardening experts to discuss the garden program and the benefits of our native plant habitat. You will receive detailed guidance on the plot rental lottery process and learn the specific steps required to register for your own garden bed. The event highlights how our garden supports diverse fruits, vegetables, and flowers while fostering local pollinator populations through sustainable ecological practices.

This event is perfect for local families, home gardeners, and anyone interested in sustainable urban agriculture. Whether you are an experienced grower or a beginner looking to start your first patch, you will find valuable resources and a welcoming community atmosphere. We encourage you to visit our garden space, ask questions, and secure your spot for the year. We look forward to seeing you there.
