Busy Bees at Wake Forest Community House
Join us for an engaging and playful journey designed to help your young child master the art of finding balance between high energy and calm focus. The Busy Bees program is a specialized curriculum for children aged four to five, focusing on the development of vital life skills such as self-regulation, social awareness, impulse control, and effective transitioning. Through a series of interactive songs, structured games, and captivating stories, participants practice these essential skills in a supportive group environment.
Led by Brittany Miller, a local educator and expert in neuroscience, this program provides unique insights into early brain development. Parents and caretakers will gain valuable, practical strategies to implement at home, ensuring the learning experience extends well beyond the classroom. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with other families while investing in your child's developmental growth.
The sessions are held every Thursday from March 19 through April 9, 2026. Registration covers one adult and one child, with sibling discounts available for larger families. Spaces are limited, so please secure your spot by registering through the Wake Forest Parks and Recreation department today.
