Annie Louise Wilkerson Nature Preserve Eager Explorers Program
Discover the wonders of the natural world at the Annie Louise Wilkerson Nature Preserve through our Eager Explorers program. This engaging series is specifically designed for preschoolers ages three to seven and their accompanying adult to learn and grow together. Each session offers a unique blend of storytelling, creative crafts, and guided nature walks centered around exciting weekly themes like baby animals, flying dragons, and busy bugs. It is an excellent opportunity to spark curiosity and develop an appreciation for the outdoors in an interactive environment.
Please note that many of our activities take place along nature trails that are not stroller accessible, so please plan accordingly for your visit. While the program is designed for children, there is no charge for participating adults, making it an affordable way to spend quality time together in nature. Participation requires pre-registration to ensure a high-quality experience for all attendees. We invite you to join our community of young naturalists and explore the beauty of the preserve with us. Visit our website today to view the full schedule of upcoming themes and secure your spot for an upcoming session. We look forward to seeing you on the trail.
