5th Annual Forest Fest in Downtown Wake Forest
Experience the vibrant spirit of our community at the 5th Annual Forest Fest, a celebration held in the heart of downtown Wake Forest. This energetic family friendly event takes place along Festival Street, Brooks Street, and Centennial Plaza, bringing together neighbors to honor our local environment and culture. Attendees can look forward to a diverse range of activities including live musical performances, interactive theater, and a children-focused play area hosted by the YMCA. A major highlight of the day is the Arbor Day tree seedling giveaway, where guests can receive one of twenty-seven hundred oak, river birch, or redbud seedlings to plant at home.
Browse through local vendor booths, enjoy delicious food options, and explore the floral arrangement competition featuring talented area florists. The Wake Forest Farmers Market will also be open with extended hours, offering fresh local goods. Whether you are browsing the unique botanical displays or enjoying the petting zoo, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Mark your calendars and join us for this wonderful day of community engagement and outdoor appreciation. We look forward to seeing you there to celebrate all that makes Wake Forest special.
