Total Tot Time offers a wonderful opportunity for children ages zero to five and their caregivers to engage in active play within the gym at the W. D. Hill Recreation Center. This inclusive program, hosted by Durham Parks and Recreation, encourages meaningful socialization between parents and children while allowing little ones to build friendships with their peers in a safe and supportive environment.
