Storytime for Kids at Barnes and Noble Cary

Bring your little ones to Barnes and Noble in Cary for an enchanting Saturday morning ritual designed to spark a lifelong love of reading. Our weekly Storytime sessions take place every Saturday at 11:30 am in the dedicated lego room located near the back of the store. This recurring community event offers a welcoming environment where children can engage with captivating narratives and colorful picture books. We encourage every child to bring along their favorite plush toy or stuffed animal to join the fun.

The program is thoughtfully divided to cater to different developmental stages. The initial fifteen minutes are tailored specifically for infants and toddlers under two years old. Following this, the next fifteen minutes focus on preschool children who are just beginning their reading journey. These interactive sessions foster early literacy skills while providing a wonderful opportunity for families to connect with neighbors. No prior registration or reservation is required to participate in these gatherings.
