Join us at the Wake Forest Ninja Academy for our recurring Parents Night Out event held on the second Friday of every month. This program offers a win win solution where parents can enjoy a few hours of freedom while children aged five to fourteen build confidence and strength in a safe environment.

Participants will spend the evening testing their abilities on professional grade obstacle courses under the guidance of our experienced coaches. The session includes structured circuits, agility building challenges, and energetic races designed to keep every child engaged and smiling. Following the physical activities, the group will enjoy a pizza party with cheese pizza and water, followed by a relaxing movie to wind down the night.
